TRAINING SUMMARY:

This is a 16-hour training-2 days. There is a review of the basic machine operation and universal filling machine parts. Emphasis is made on the safe set-up, path of the capsule, stations, assembly, and alignment processes of a high-speed filling machine. Special concentration is made on troubleshooting, making weight and defects on the machine with the capsule and powder. Time is spent on special tooling needs. Students will experience demonstration techniques, student-teacher interaction and hands-on experience. Seasoned technical services professionals will facilitate individual use of a state-of-the-art high speed-filling machine.

Attendees: Payment for the course is due when you register, unless other arrangements are made on a case per case basis in advance. An invoice will be emailed to you upon completion of the form below. Your registration will stay “pending” until payment is cleared. Your spot in class will not be guaranteed until payment is completed. A Certificate of Completion will be issued only to those individuals who attend all the days of the course.
