Randall, principal in the company, has over 25 years of experience in facilitating, delivering and developing courses for small companies to large corporations. He received his Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis on Broadcasting Journalism. He has taught and/or aided in delivering programs and classes of lengths from one-hour Lunch-n-Learns or seminars up to thirty to forty hours. He has professional contacts who can train anything from soft skills in Communications and Leadership to Safety related topics or Manufacturing processes.
